My purpose is to help those seeking healing, on their journey to wellness, by implementing various methods and techniques.

Crystal and Sound Therapy
CRYSTAL AND SOUND THERAPY
During a healing session, I lay crystals on the client to facilitate healing and empower the chakras. I also use vibration sound therapy incorporating toning, chanting, singing, Tibetan bell and bowls, and drumming. Working with the crystals in grids and layouts the energy of the crystals emit healing energy thus the body absorbs what it needs to heal.

Chakra Balance
CHAKRA BALANCING
The word Chakra is Sanskrit for “wheel of Light” There are seven major wheels of light in the body. When they are balanced and in alignment the body is in a state of wellness. When there is an imbalance there is dis-ease.

Intuitive Body Work
INTUITIVE BODY WORK
I often get messages in my dream time as well when I am working with clients which helps me with sessions. Oftentimes my hands just know were to go and what to do. Working intuitively, I step aside while the higher beings of Light do what they do best.
REIKI - Usui method
Reiki was discovered by a Japanese physician named Mikao Usui in the 1800’s.
‘Rei’ is the Japanese equivalent of “Universal transcendent power.” The corresponding Chinese word ‘lei’ means “subtle ethereal influences.” The Tibetans say it means a “clever, supernatural spirit entity that acts on others.”
‘Ki’ means “vital life force” similar to the Chinese Chi, Qi or Qi Gong.
In Japanese, Raku-Kei translates as Raku meaning vertical energy flow and Kei meaning horizontal energy flow. So loosely translated, Reiki means ”divinely guided multi directional universal life force energy.”
Reiki is hands-on energy directed healing, used to promote positivity, integrate mind, body and spirit to heal and revitalize.
Reiki Classes are available.
Level l, ll and Master.

Reflexology
REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is based on the principle that all the parts and organs are located in the feet and hands. When the body part or organ is stimulated it sends a message to the part or organ to come back into balance and harmony, thus restoring health.
“When the reflexes are stimulated, the body’s natural electrical energy works along the nervous system to clear any blockages in the corresponding zones. A reflexology session seems to break up deposits (felt as a sandy or gritty area under the skin) which may interfere with this natural flow of the body’s energy.
Manipulating specific reflexes removes stress, activating a parasympathetic response in the body to enable the disharmonies to be released by a physiological change in the body. With stress removed and circulation improved, the body is allowed to return to a state of homeostasis.” From “What is Reflexology?”-http://www.ocr.edu/whatis.htm
THAI YOGA MASSAGE
This massage technique is also called the lazy man’s yoga. Gentle yoga stretches and postures are implemented by the practitioner on the client who remains fully clothed leaving them feeling relaxed and rejuvenated not to mention the healing benefits this massage brings. Enjoy this hands on Thai Yoga Massage technique outdoors, in nature at our beautiful Coyote Springs Eco Spirituality Haven.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep Tissue Massage
This massage technique is used to ease muscle tension, stubborn knots and stress that keep our shoulders and necks in constant state of spasm and pain. A Deep Tissue Massage session can last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Regular massage appointments are suggested to best treat ongoing strain.

Hot Stone and Relaxation Massage
HOT STONE AND RELAXATION MASSAGE
Basalt stones are heated in water then incorporated into the massage technique. The combination of the moisture from the warmed stones and the carefully blended oils bring about deep relaxation and muscles are better able to heal from pain and injury.(no picture shown)
Relaxation massage; I use a custom blend of aromatherapy with a gentle pressure to promote tranquility and a state of peace and wellness.
